Does it replace my current system?
That's the intent. Many teams run new files on OEX while winding down their old system; you can be live in days, not months.
Can I bring my rates and data?
Yes — rates, charge items and partners import against standardised carrier, port and charge codes, so nothing is locked to one vendor.
Do you charge per seat?
No. The company is the account and your whole team is included. Core operational tools are free and unlimited.
How does settlement work?
Members bill and invoice each other and settle through OEX Pay, or log a manual payment the payee confirms. OEX never holds your funds.
Which tools are metered?
HS classification, US duty & fee estimates and narrative search have monthly allowances that grow with your plan; running your own shipments and charges is unlimited.
