Four checks behind every member

Business identity (KYB)
We confirm the company is a real, registered business through a dedicated provider — at claim, at verification and on an ongoing basis.

Credential review
Licences and certifications start self-declared and are reviewed by OEX staff. Only verified credentials feed search, the public profile and trust.

Denied-party screening
Members and the parties named on shipments are screened against sanctions and watchlists. A confirmed match suspends the account and blocks settlement.

Trust score
A composite computed from verified outcomes — identity, credit data and settlement history. Earned over time, never purchased.
Verification questions
Do I need to be verified to use the tools?
No. You can run your own operation on the free plan straight away. Verification unlocks trust signals and on-platform settlement, not basic access.
Can I pay to raise my trust score?
No. Trust is computed only from verified outcomes; a higher plan never changes it.
What happens on a sanctions match?
A confirmed match suspends the organisation and blocks money rails and collaboration until it's resolved.
